The Santa letter Malichi and Kinzie wrote says:

Ralph the Elf has been sleeping on the job! I hop you dot git mad at Ralph. Merry Christmas. Love! The Carlson Family.
Christmas came and went too fast, and while we had fun opening all our new gifts and playing with our new toys (ahem, our kindles-but the kids had fun with their toys too), the best part of Christmas for us is that we make it uninterrupted family time. Just for us. Us and the kids. I love that time we have together as a family.
